Don’t try and understand everything in the reading in an hour it simply does not work that way. Read it through take a few things that stand out for you and reflect upon these. Then put the reading away and come back to it in a few days or a week and read it through again, chances are you will see it much differently than you did the first time.
If anything said evokes a strong emotional reaction write it down and consider why it makes you feel so strongly maybe there are hidden feelings being touched by the words.
Remember this is a two way process that involves you as well. Although I get the words the only person who can give them power and meaning is you. What is written is meant only for you and it is written in a certain way because the Angels, Guides, etc know how to say the words in a way that only you will understand. Again I am simply the messenger it is up to you whether the words will help you move forward in your journey. It is up to you to choose whether to build on what you get from the reading. YOU are the master of your own destiny.
