Gut reactions

I don’t know about you but I know there are times when I forget to pay attention to my gut instinct. Yes I know I am a psychic but even psychics can forget to pay attention.

Hands up how many of you shove aside your first reaction to things? You get a little niggle a little whisper but rather than pay attention to it you brush it aside. And hands up how many of you later on say to yourself “I knew it I knew it I should have listened to my gut feeling”. Its true my hand is up as well many a time my intuition has kicked in but I have chosen to listen to my ego voice instead. And usually it has ended with me saying to myself “God I wish I had listened to that Angel whisper”.

People end up with people they shouldn’t be with because they didn’t listen to the little whispers of caution, the niggle of doubt or the gut instinct which was saying something isn’t right.
Instead they listen to the ego voice which says things like “I better take this one because I don’t know when another one is going to come along” or “maybe I am being too picky or maybe its me not them”. Or perhaps they want to believe so much this one is ‘the one’ they ignore their inner voice.

How many people have made bad choices because they desperately wanted things to work. People ignore their inner voice when it comes to work, business, family, relationships you name it.

So here’s the deal when your gut says “this isn’t quite right” or when your inner voice starts whispering in your ear “danger Will Robinson danger” then do 3 things.

1. Stop and listen
2. Take a breathe a step back
3. Take some time to really look at the situation before making any commitments or choices you may live to regret

In most cases your first reaction is the one you should be trusting.
