I have discontinued my celebrity stripdown blog so I am putting all the celeb insights I did here:
We have all been the arrogant teenager believing we know it all and are invincible most of us however grow out of it. And some like Chris Brown go from believing they are invincible to believing they are untouchable.
There is always going to be someone bigger and badder than you and eventually Chris is going to come across someone with more attitude, more arrogance and more muscle than he has then he will get to be on the other end of the stick. But this kid can act and an act it is. Do not be fooled for one minute into thinking he doesn’t believe he is the victim. If thoughts and faces could be captured by camera at the same time he would be in a lot of trouble. The lesson is coming and growing up is going to be a very painful lesson for someone who is still emotionally a teenager.
Kate Gosselin
Reality is not a word I would use in connection to this family oddly enough. Kate is so far away from reality it isn’t funny. Sometimes people start believing the fantasy and lose sight of what’s real. I am all for wanting a future for your children but I am not sure gold plated spoons in their mouths are really what they want.
I am pretty sure suburbia would look good to these kids right now. Buy a smaller house, put away their college education and let go of Hollywood. There is not a lot of thinking going into the decisions she is making its layer upon layer of fantasy which probably suits her and Jon because the reality of their marriage the way they have exposed their children and so forth might be a little hard to deal with. The bubble will burst when the next ‘fad’ comes along and in another couple of years it will be Jon and Kate who? Which by the way wouldn’t be a bad thing as far as their children are concerned maybe she should put aside extra money for therapists for them as well!!!!!
Meg Ryan
Not sure how she managed to get lost in such a short time. Anyone who thinks they can regain their beauty and appeal by pumping their face full of god knows what is someone who doesn’t see the beauty in life or themselves.
Meg ties her self worth into other people and when they feel smothered and walk away she puts another cross against herself.
She can’t be the woman she was 20 years ago unfortunately though she can’t see the woman she could become.
She walks backwards as I say always looking at the past as if that will save her from the future.
This is a person at the cross road of life it could go either way
Edward Cullen
Deep meaningful brooding a perfect vampire! May have a tendency however to get easily depressed as many people who have obsessive thoughts do. Life has slapped him across the face a bit so don’t expect him to be a fountain of information when it comes to his past or who he is. The sadness he projects isn’t put on for the cameras and it may come across as a sexy and brooding but its more little boy and hurt. Would hate to see him become the James Dean of this generation. I hope his peers look after him well.
Sassy yet confused….smart yet indecisive. Pink
wants to please….but wants to not be seen as vulnerable or weak.
One big ball of contradictions which will confuse anyone who tries to figure her out. Wants more stability and peace but doesn’t quite know what that looks like or how to get there. The future may see her moving more into woman’s issues and becoming an advocate for women’s rights. Passionate about equality and fairness. This is someone you just want to put your arm around and go “Its okay it will all work out
It’s kind of the same old story when the line between the image and the reality blur. Some where along the way the identity created for Celebs becomes the one they start believing is real. Who was the man before he was put on the world wrestling pedestal I am not sure even Hulk Hogan could tell you that. However he is doing the best he can like the rest of us with the life skills he was given. Is the book a cash in on the reality shows probably but hey he wouldn’t be the first one and won’t be the last. I would not touch the issue of his body with a 10 ft pole you can decide for yourself on that one. I don’t believe he means anyone any harm and he is being as authentic as he knows how and given his lifestyle you know…..
Matt Damon
He’s smart, he’s funny, and he’s loyal what more do you want. He’s intensely private he gives the media enough to keep them off his back but not enough to compromise his personal life as I said before he is one smart cookie. He has humility and respect for others, it isn’t a show he is a genuine nice guy. I am sure he has imperfections like the rest of us but unlike the rest of Hollywood he wouldn’t try to deny them. Can’t imagine him being a fan of reality TV but intelligent drama instead. Oddly enough he is a writer at heart not an actor more projects coming more scripts on the way and more accolades to follow. It’s all good for this boy!

Jude Law
This is not a bad guy but a guy who is perhaps not the sharpest crayon in the packet when it comes to decision making.
He is a do it first and think about it later kind of person which as we are finding out by the latest tabloid reports of babies popping up everywhere perhaps isn’t the best way to go. Instant gratification is the stuff of teenager’s not mature men with adult responsibilities.
Jude may be a little too arrogant to really ‘get it’ yet but life has a habit of biting you in the butt until you do or in the words of a wise woman namely me “man who buries head in sand will eventually end up getting his butt kicked.”
Jonas Brothers
We’ll leave Nick alone because he is still a baby.
So Joe is a look at me because I do all the time. It’s the arrogance which comes from adulation something a lot of celebs never grow out of. The problem with the ‘nice’ mask is when it slips off it is going to do so big time. You can’t hide your humanity forever Disney is a fantasy after all. And that’s basically what he is living the modern day version of the Walton’s fantasy. The big boob boo is coming and unfortunately there will be a thousand camera’s ready to catch it all on film.
Kevin on the other hand has grown up a little but again it’s very easy to start to believe the tabloids and think you are above the mere mortals of the world. But he seems to doing okay for the moment and has reality and fantasy separated. Oddly enough he would be the darkest of the three and more broody the other two don’t have the life experience to have formed any sort of emotional depth.
Stay tuned because the next big thing is just around the corner and teenagers grow up and become obsolete very quickly. Enjoy the pinup boy status while it lasts. Pop’s bubble will burst.

Britney Spears
Has no idea who she is, at the moment she is who everyone tells her she is.
This is the sort of client a therapist could write a ‘get on Oprah’ book about.
Britney isn’t faking that pain its real as real as any you or I experience when someone pulls the rug from underneath us.
This is not a bad person this is a good person surrounded by bad people. What happens is because she isn’t as clued in as most people who have experienced normal childhoods, ’smart’ people come into her life and confuse her with games and lies.
She is surrounded by a lot of magicians and who create the illusion they are there for her but when the smoke clears and the curtain is drawn back everything she thought was there has disappeared.
You have to ache for her, but chances are it is going to get worst before it gets better. This may be the calm before the storm.
Kelly Clarkson
Honestly what’s not to like about this woman. Kelly is honest, trustworthy and loyal. The only dirt you will find on her is under her fingernails.
Very smart and getting smarter. Has had a few life lessons is going to have a few more but she is the type of person who doesn’t sit with the ‘poor me’ attitude for long she looks for the lesson, learns and moves on. Again a smart cookie. The future will bring recognition for her song writing, rather than her singing. She isn’t the type to allow herself to be placed in a box with labels attached to it. If your son marries this girl/woman think yourself very lucky!
George Clooney
George has been around long enough to know how to play the game but not get sucked into. Charming when he has to be, sexy when he needs to be and old and middle aged when he is at home and no one is looking.
He is not going to reveal himself and be vulnerable around anyone friend or foe. He is quite capable of pasting a smile and telling a journalist how clever they are, while thinking what an idiot and the journalist would be none the wiser.
Don’t be surprised is a little George Clooney pops up in the near future. It won’t be planned though it may just happen and bite him in the butt. Less Acting more directing and somewhere a documentary no one expects.
I must admit giving a psychic insight into Oprah is rather difficult as most of us have read the interviews and the biographies. And I probably won’t be telling you anything you don’t already know but hey I will give it a shot anyway.
That she guards a lot of things about herself isn’t new, maybe the fact she has as many insecurities as the rest of us may come as a surprise. That she counts her blessings isn’t new but maybe no one will ever know about the things she wanted which didn’t eventuate or turn out as planned. While I am sure she is an authentic person I get the feeling she is also conscious of the pedestal she is placed on and the expectations which come with it. We are not her best friend so don’t expect to be surprised when the reign is over to hear a lot more about the other side of Oprah. Which by the way simply means she is as fallible and vulnerable as the rest of us not that she is a ‘bad’ person. You really cannot fake genuine interest in people and that’s what has kept her the number one talk show host over all these years. I sense she has little quirks favorite PJ’s maybe not silky goddess like but little patterns. Maybe a worn out teddy bear or doll a memory to be held onto. A reminder of someone who mattered, maybe a hand written poem in a desk draw. Like I said most things have been written about somewhere so I am just throwing up what the photo presents to me.
Linsey Lohan
They say the eyes are the mirror of the soul if you look into Linsey’s you will see a little girl who doesn’t want to play grown up anymore. In fact she has probably being playing grown up all her life and has never been allowed to be the little girl.
This is no a person who speaks her truth which is why she has so much emotional pain. Unspoken words manifest as things like sore throats, chest complaints or even migraines.
All she really wants is to be wrapped in someone’s arms and told “it’s all going to be okay”.
She has a strong male figure in her past who has a hold on her and she can’t seem to stand up and say what she really means with him.
The problem with Linsey is, she is like many children from dysfunctional homes she believes her behavior and that of those around her is ‘normal’ because for her such dysfunctional was the norm.
Unfortunately all the media attention for all the wrong reasons distracts from the talent she does have.
When she wakes up to the fact the future is always created by the choices she makes in the present, then the world will see an incredible actress who will make a huge impact on many lives.
Sarah Palin
This is a very ambitious woman make no mistake about it. In the coming months you will see her championing any conservative cause she can hang her band wagon on. No rainbow colored shirts for her!!!!
Sarah didn’t get to be governor by being stupid. She figures out what people are afraid of and comes out with her sword to fight the Bogie man. If you are afraid they will take your guns away she is going to be at your doorstep with a 44. protecting your rights. If you are afraid of those ‘gay’ people taking over your neighborhood she will be there kissing babies and promoting family values.
Someone once said Democrats should be very scared of her I personally think we should all be very scared of her.
A heart of steel and a resolve to go with it. But people will vote for her because she will bring up every fear they have then promise to make it go away.
Vince Vaughn Looks like a bit of a perfectionist not sure dirty dishes in the sink would be his style. He holds a lot back in his relationships which is a control thing. Control is very important to him and once he feels he is losing it chances are the GF feet are going to hit the curb. Don’t be surprised at any book deals he may have in the wind. He really doesn’t speak his truth holds a lot back which by the way isn’t good for your health which is why he probably has a medicine cabinet full of vitamins and anti aging creams. Needs to chill and be human for a while.
Jennifer Aniston
Its good to have a strong male role model in your life for example your father. Not so good though when you cannot separate him from the men you bring into your life as an adult.
I may be reading it wrong but the men Jennifer has brought into her life so far have a lot of the same energy her father has. But it’s doubtful anyone is going to measure up when her father is placed on such a pedestal.
Vulnerable, emotionally immature at times and a whole lot of self realization yet to come. Not to say she isn’t a generous loving person just saying she isn’t really ‘getting it’ right now.
Psychic 101 when you go looking for someone else to fill up your cup you only end up draining them and they feel smothered. The only person who can make you happy is you because it’s an inside job. My advice find yourself and then others will be able to see you and then the soul mate will come.
Hillary Clinton
The word shrew comes to mine but if you think she doesn’t hurt like everyone else think again. She is just a master at disguising her emotions which would serve her well in her current position.
Unlike Sarah Palin who likes the attention standing on a soapbox gets you, Hillary believe it or not genuinely cares about the world and the people in it. Sometimes you have to be a hard ass and sometimes people aren’t going to like you but if your words and actions align with what your life purpose then I say good for you.
From a psychic perspective 2 words stand out drive and passion. Hillary has both but doesn’t handle ignorance well so can be a little unforgiving when it comes to mistakes which she thinks shouldn’t have been made.
You either like her or love her but my bet is most people do respect her. Doesn’t show any signs of slowing down but may have some health issues pop up early next year which may sideline for a while. Her legs are her greatest health challenge
Wouldn’t we all like to have some of that untainted innocence which oozes from the pores of Taylor Swift.
She’s just a baby but I would not under estimate how quickly she learns. Very smart and any life lesson will be tucked away for future reference. Might be all pop and princesses now but the best is yet to come. She is going to shock a lot of people when she matures especially those who have written her off as a dumb blonde who only appeals to giggly girls and teenage boys. She knows who she is and doesn’t allow other people to define her. I would lay money on her being the female 21st century version of Simon and Garfunkel. You go girl!!!!
Let’s understand one thing, normal is different for everyone. We all perceive normal differently. I am sure for Paris Hilton the life style she lives is ‘normal’ for her upbringing and family environment. For other’s looking in it might seem odd, even weird at times but I am pretty sure this is the ‘normal’ Paris has always lived with and that’s what most people don’t get.
Everyone reaches a point in their lives where they start looking for the bigger picture. I am sure that’s about where Paris is right now. I personally think she is doing the best she can with the knowledge and life skills she has. And that’s about as much as any of us can do. Will she win a noble peace prize maybe not but when you start to care about something other than yourself it creates a ripple effect in the Universe.
So while the way she goes about it may not be how you are I would I applaud any effort to make a difference
Whitney Houston
Bottom line you can’t be what you once were so trying to recapture a moment long past is an exercise in self torture.
Don’t tell me how many other people were the blame for what happened tells me how you take responsibility for your choices then I will be impressed.
I am not going to look into future but add my prayers to everyone else’s. Because she is going to need all the help she can get to get past her demons. I hope she sees herself not as a Diva but as someone’s Mother because this is the role which counts more right now. No child should carry the emotional baggage of their parents.
American Idol: Last season Kara was like the new kid at school trying hard to be what everyone wanted her to be and ending up being someone she was not.
It took a lot of humility to let go of the dream of being a singer and to step into the path of being a song writer. This is a genuine person who has a learning curve when it comes to the very superficial business of being a celebrity. I truly hope she doesn’t get lost in the hype and sticks to being the girl sharing jokes with friends over a coffee. Lots of pats on the back and accolades coming but it won’t be for American idol. They say that great song writers have one great song and hers is coming.
This is someone who knows where he is meant to be and what he is meant to be doing. I would not be surprised if he starts every sentence with “as a matter of fact” because he would want you to know he knows more than you know.
His works defines him it is him and should it all be taken away tomorrow he would simply find something else to lose himself in.
He would be more interested in having a partner he didn’t have to do anything for but would be there if he needed the company.
He is actually very authentic because he is being who he believes he was born to be.
Randy is someone who you don’t cross he hates bullshit for want of a better word. Hype is one thing deliberate dishonesty quite another. The dog will bite if provoked.
But he is passionate but the contestants and he isn’t faking his praise or criticism. Not likely however to get caught up in the silliness of it all feet firmly planted on the ground.
Ryan is what I call a ‘cut and paste’ celebrity have a look at all of his photos and it looks like someone pasted a smile on his face.
Fortunately for him thoughts and faces aren’t captured at the same time otherwise he would be in big trouble.
He is a give you what you want man not as authentic as Simon.
Maybe he might want to ponder no one has managed to drag a Mercedes Benz through the pearly gates.
He knows how to play the game and he does it well no one can argue with that. But the real test for any human soul is being able to be alone with yourself and I don’t think he is there yet.
A tornado gathers things in its path and they all swirl around like some sort of cosmic washing machine. Until eventually the energy of the tornado diminishes and everything drops to earth with a crash. Ellen career is taking the same path and in honesty she is not someone I would read because she is a life lesson in progress which could go a number of ways.
There is still a lot of naivety with her and I hope someone has her back.
So this is my take on American Idol which by the way I watch every season because who doesn’t want to believe dreams can come true!
