A common question is how do you tell the fakes from the genuine Psychics. Here are a few clues and tips:
1. always take a friend with you to a reading that way you have an outsider perspective on what happens
2. always ask questions how do you read, why do you do that, can you do this, Psychics should not mind being asked about what they do
3. I always tell people not to say anything from the time they get there to the time they leave. You would be surprised how much information you can share unknowingly. I ask people who come to me to not say a word and if you do get asked to confirm something a simple yes you are on the right track or no you aren’t is enough. You don’t have to start sharing in glorious detail your whole life.
4. Be wary of anyone giving you information which is negative and a psychic should be able to go into your past and present those simply throwing one line predictions out should be avoided at all costs.
5. Know that someone who has been in the business 40 yrs may not be as good as someone who has been in it 2yrs. Going to someone who has a proven client record is a good thing but again don’t be fooled into believing just because someone charges $200 they are any better than someone who charges like me lol $20.
It really can be difficult at times to spot the fakes. My biggest beef with this industry as a Psychic is the amount who do not help their fellow Psychics when asked. As a Psychic I feel my job is to help anyone particularly fellow Psychics because we all should be aiming for the same thing to bring people into their greatness. And if I can help another Psychic I will because it means someone out there will benefit from this person being able to do their job to the best of their ability. It is simply not about me and my ego and thats the last tip I will give if a psychic starts raving on about themselves thats a good indictation they are not operating in your highest good.

I want to thank you for this post, there is not many psychics that give advice like this. Despite I don’t consider myself a psychic, like you it bathers me when a psychic don’t want to help another psychic in their path’s beginning. We all connect and a sign of unconditional love will be help others with less knowledge to be at your same level and grow together.
I also noticed some psychics raving about tittles, certificates, etc but their reading is nothing to be impress about. I guess their ego gets in the way of the profound message that the client needs to make a life change, like you said “thats a good indication they are not operating in your highest good”.
